Making a special rate for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on the Gas Undertaking loan of £12,090. 2. That the Special Rates made for the annual or half yearly charges on all existing loans shall be payable by equal instalments on the first day of April and the 30th day of September in each and every year until otherwise ordered.
