♦- ■ SUBALTERNS PUNISHED. Received August 12, 8.35 a.m. LONDON, August 11. Two subalterns of the Second Battalion of the Buffs (East Kent Regiment) have been cashiered, and three others sentenced to the loss of a year's seniority for ragging a new officer.
