Received August 11, 8.22 a.m. LONDON, August 10. KingElward has left for Kronberg, in Prussia, where the Kaiser has arrived. He will afterwards proceed to Ischl to meet Emperor Francis Joseph. Sir Charles HurJinpe, Permanent Under-Secretary lor Foreign Affairs, and formerly Ambassador at St. Petersburg, accompanies the King.
