BOOKS, STATIONERY AND MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS.
In another column Messrs Inns and Goddard announce that they have purchased the booksellers and stationers business in Queen Street, Masterton, conducted by Mr A. F. Beale, and solicit a continuance of the liberal support accorded to him. The members of the new firm are enterprising young men, who are anxious to build up a good and permanent business in this community, and if energy and enterprise is to meet with just reward, success is assured. They intend to keep a large and varied stock of books, stationery, fancy goods, as well as musical instruments. They have been appointed local representatives for a well-known firm of piano manufacturers, and being both capable musicians, are in a position to give valuable advice to purchasers of musical instruments. A speciality is also to be made of office requisites, Mr Goddard having an intimate knowledge of oflice systems and requirements. Arrangements have been made for a supply of ledgers, day books, journals and cash books, etc., and their prices will be found reasonable throughout.
