Received August 10, 10.30 a.m. SYDNEY, August 10. The "Sydney Morning Herald," commenting on the arrival of the American Fleet at Auckland, says: —"Those who know New Zealand know that the Dominion will strain every nerve to make the stay of the Fleet at Auckland a memorable one. If the visit was popular with the Americans before the fleet arrived, it is certain to be more so with them when they steam away."
