Users of gas under the slot meter prepayment system will be Allowed 50 cubic feet for a penny, including the free use of all internal pipes and fittings, meter, and boiling burner. It is stated that these prices constitute a world's record in the matter of prices charged for gas, and it is pointed out 4 that these reductions ax*e not made at i the expense of the illuminating power, the quality being maintained at aighteen-candle power.
