HOSPITAL AND CHARITABLE AID BILL.
OPPOSED BY MUNICIPAL CONFERENCE.

The Municipal Conference resolved that the Hospital and Charitable Institutions Bill, circulated by the Government, be strongly opposed, on the ground that in reducing the subsidy by one half the Government will be unduly taxing ratepayers.
