Force downs and free kicks ;gave the Juniors relief. At last the •efforts of the Senior players were rewa-ded by Tait scoring a clever try. McGuinneas converted. Play hecame very exciting, and the Thursday men continued to attack. A free kick to the Thursday men in front of the Junior's goal was charged down by the opposing forwards, and for the rest of the game play was of an even' nature. Mr E. McKenzie was ref*ree.
