CONNELLY PERJURY CASE.
BV TE&RGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. WESTPORT, July 31. The hearing of the charges of perjury against VVm. Connelly in connection with the recent trial at Nelson, in which Halinen and Andersen were found guilty of Manslaughter of E. J. Bourke was concluded to-dav,' when Connelly was committed for trial at the Supreme Court at Hokitika. Bail was refused.
