WELL RECEIVED.
Received July 30, 8 30 a.m. LONDON, July 29. The speech made in the House of Commons yesterday by Sir Edward Grey, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, gave general satisfaction on the Stock Exchange and Berlin Bourse. German and French newspapers approva the sentiments expressed.
Sir E. Grey, during his speech, declared that it was very undesirable that any section of opinion in Britain should represent British policy as aiming at the isolation of Germany. "It is," said the Minister, "no part of our policy to isolate any Power."
