Received July 29, 8.20 a.m. I DURBAN, July 28 ' Sir James Hulett moves in the Natal' Assembly:—"That the Imperial Government's decision to pay Dinizulu's salary is fraught with serious danger to Natal and South Africa, and may tend to defeat the end of justice, through the natives drawing an inference that Great Britain is backing Dinizulu against Natal."
