PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES. Received July 28, 8.10 a.m. LONDON July 27. The "Daily Mail's" Natal despatches show that the colony has informed the "Earl of Crewe, Secretary of State for the Colonies, of native unrest, and that police forces have been sent to Zululand as a precaution. It is understood that anxiety prevails lest the adjustment of some of the outsanding grievances —such as Dinizulu's unpaid salary may be construed by the natives as weakness.
