ROMANCE OF A LOST SECRET.

INVENTION RE-DISCOVERED AFTER 700 YEARS.

A discovery which promises to r?vdlutionise the building and decorating trades, and to be of vast,impjrtance to the shipping industry has bean made by Inspector Simpson of tu Blackburn Fire Brigade, says a London paper.
