NOTICE is hereby given of the intention of the Castlepoint County Council, at a Special Meeting to bo held on tho Bth clay of August, 1908, to confirm the following resolution (passed by way of Special Order at a Special Meeting of the Council held on the 27th day of June, 1908): Striking a special rate over tho whole County to meet interest and charges a loan of <£2,000, authorised to be raised by the Council, for forming and metalling the road down the Whakataki Valley.
