Messrs Abraham nnd Williams, Ltd., report on their Masterton stock sale held yesterday as, follows: A fair yarding of sheep of all "classes was submitted to a moderate attendance of the public. Bidding at auction was dull, although the bulk of the entry was disposed of privately. Prices realised were slightly in favour of purchaser?. We quote:—Sheep: Best lambs 10s 6d. other lambs 8s 6d to 9s 4d, medium sorb 4a to 5s 9d, mixed ewes and wethers 12s sd, 2tooth wethers 13s 9d, sound-mouth-ewes in.lambs (medium) 7s to 8s 3d, cull ewes 2s 7d tu 4s. Cattle—Empty heifers 52s C>'.\.
