Messrs Abraham and Williams, ' Ltd., report on their Johnsonville sale tQ-day, as follows:—A full entry of bc#f of prime 'quality sold freely 'up to 245. Best bullocks made £9 to £9 15s; others, £8 7s 6d to £8 17s Gd; oows, £6 and £5 ss. There was a full yarding of sheep, including •someextra prime heavy ewes, which sold at extra heavy,. 20s, 18s 2d, 17s 2d, and 16s 3d; wethers, 17s lid to 183 2d; light, 17s 2d t» 17s 4d; • small ewes, l'4s Id. • By Telegraph—Special to Ag;e. PAIIIATUA, July 21. At to-day's stock sales, held by Messrs Abraham and Williams and Dalgety and Co., there was a medium yarding of sheep, while the yarding of cattle was poor, both in quantity and quality. There was, however, a good attendance, and iprices may be considered to be a •plight advance, on the former week's >saleS, especially in sheep. * Fullmouthed ewes in lamb sold at 10s; two to six-tooth and full-mo-jthed -empty ewea, 8s; hoggets, according to condition, 4s 3d, 7s 6d; iat wethers, 14s 6d, 15s 9d. In cattle, ctwo-year heifers eoUI at 335; two and a-half-year steers, 40s; weaners, -5s 4d. All the cattle were in poor condition.
