QUEBEC CELEBRATIONS.
DOMINION PARLIAMENT PROROGUED. Received July 21, 10.5 p.m. OTTAWA, July 21. Earl Gray, in proroguing the Dominion Parliament expressed gratification at the Empire's enthusiasm in connection with the Quebec Tercenterary Celebrations, and the presence of the Prince of Wales and representatives of France and United Stptes.
