THE TROUBLE IN MACEDONIA.
A VILLAGE BURNED. MEN, WOMEN AND CHILDREN MASSACRED. Received July 21, 8.20 a.m. CONSTANTINOPLE, July 20. A Greek band burned the village of Kibarsti, near Monastir, and massacred twenty-five men, women and children.

"YOUNG TURKEY"PARTY CONTROLS ARMY CURPS. Received July 21, 8.20 a.m. CONSTANTINOPLE, July 20. A Revolutionary Committee has assumed the government of Monastir. The "Young Turkey" Party controls the Third Army Corps and part of the second corps. Telegrams report thac the Sultan is making untrustworthy offers to release officers whose arrest caused one of the grievances.
SEVEN THOUSAND TROOPS
REVOLT
Received July 21, 8.30 a.m. CONSTANTINOPLE, July 20. Seven thousand troops at Monastir have revolted. Many have joined the "Young Turkey " Party. The Sultan is sending 32.000 Anatolian troops, including Kurdish cavalry regiments, to the scene of the outbreak.
