1. All races to bo run under the New Zealand Rules of Racing. 2. Riders in races 1, 3, and 4 to be eligible for gentleman riders' certificates. 3. Eiders in races Nos. 4 and 0 to be financial members of the Woodlands Hunt Club. 4. A financial member of the Woodlands Hunt Club is a duly elected meiuof the said club whose subscription shall liavo been paid on or before July Btli, 1908. 5. A qualified hunter means a horse that lias hunted at least five times with any recognised pack of hounds during the present hunting season, and a master's certificate to that eil'cct must bo produced at the scales. 0; The winner of the Woodlands Hunt Club Steeplechase to carry a penalty of lOlli in the Kumeroa Steeplechase, and the winner of any fiat race to carry a penalty of 51!) in the other flat races. Penalties not to be cumulative. 7. All scratching must bo notified to the secretary at Joust half an hour before the advertised time of starting each race. H.
