STOCK MARKET.

Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report as follows:—We held our fortnightly sale at our Masterton yards yesterday. Owing to the very rough weather stock did not come forward as advertised, and buyers were not over keen, consequently sales were not effected in any number. We quote as follows:--Fat and forward ewes 10s 8d to lis 6d, failing mouth ewes in lamb 5s 9d, full mouth ewes in lamb 7s 6d, wethers 13s 3d to 14s 6d (small lots only). Cattle were dull, and horses were hard to quit.
