"The Ma.tcvton County Traffic By-law, 1900"j made by the Masterton Cou ity C.u icil on the 14th day of July, 1908, is published in with the provisions of ISwctiuii ;jO4 of "The Counties Act, 1886." In pursuance and exercise of the power* vest el in it in that beha f by "Tho Counties 1886," "The Public Works Act, 1903," the various Acts amending the same, and all other Acts and powers whatsoever enabling it in thit behalf, the Masterton County County Council hereby by Sjtci-il Order makos the following Bylaw : 1. Sub-section (1) of Section 10 of ( 'The Mnsu : rton County Traffic Bylaw, 1906," is hereby amended in the followirjarnanner—that is to say—by striking outltU t le words in paragraph (d) of the said sub-section, and inserting in lieu thereof the following :- "The Matahiwi Road from the private entrance gate to Mr Henry Holmes' residence to its western terminus." 2. This By-law shall be read with and form part of "The Masterton County Traffic By-law, 1900," and shall come into force on the Ist day of August, 1908.
