SUPPRESSION OF MACEDONIAN BANDS.
BRITAIN'S PROPOSAL. Received July 15, 8.30 a.m. LONDON, July 14. The note of Sir Edward Grey (British Secretary of Statu for Foreign Affairs), proposing the creation of a Turkish mobile column to suppress bands in Macedonia, has been warmly, approved by France. Prince Bdow, German Chancellor, promises to give the proposal benevolent consideration.
