The winner of any race after declaration of weights, to carry a penalty of 7lft; of two or more races lolb. A Hunter is a horse whose owner can produce'at scales a certificate from the Master of any Hunt that the horse has beun ridden to hounds during the past season to the satisfaction of the Master, and has neither won nor is nominated at the date of entry for a race of ,£4o— and Hunter races excepted.
