Received July 14, 9.50 p.m. SYDNEY, July 14. The semi-final rounds of the Amateur Golf Championship wore played to-day. Pearee beat Scott by six up and five to play. Christie beat Bidwill by four up and three to play. Pearce's play was v/ell up to the brilliant form which has characterised him throughout the carnival. He led by four up on the morning round. Scott's form was "off" compared with yesterday. His driving was erratic, and was attended with considerable ill luck. The Bidwill-Christie match was well contested from (start to finish. The Zealander led by one up on the morning round, but went off somewhat in the afternoon, enabling Christie to forge ahead. The final will be played on Saturday.
