RANGITIKEI RACING CLUB

SPRING MEETING

The Rangitikei Racing Club has drawn up a most attractive programe for its Spring Meeting, to be held on September Kith and 17th. Prominent amongst the open flat events are the Flying Handicap of 80 sovs, six furlongs; Spring Handicap, of 110 sovs, one mile and a distance; Telegraph Handicap, of 70 sovs, five furlongs, and September Handicap of 110 sovs, one mile. Jumpers are well catered for, the event 3 set apart for them including four steeplechases and two hack hurdle races. Entries will close with Mr H. A. Coodall on Friday, August 21st. 2 WOODLANDS HUNT CLUB Nominations for all events at the Woodlands Hunt Club Steeplechase meeting will close with the secretary, Mr W. W. Awdry, Pahiatua, at 9 o'clock to-morrow night.
