STANDING ON THEIR DIGNITY
Received July 10, 11.20 p.m. LONDON, July 10. The Labour Party considering Mr Keir Hardie's omission from the recent Windsor garden party, contended that it was an attempt on the part of the Court to interfere with the freedom of the House of Commons. The debate associated itself with his action regarding the King's recent visit to Revel, and it was resolved to request the Lord Chancellor to omit the Labour Parly from similar functions until Mr Hardie's name is restored to the list containing the names of those invited to such functions.
