THE BRAYBROOK DISASTER.
CHARGES OF MANSLAUGHTER,
Received July 11, 1.25 a.m.
MELBOURNE, July 10. The jury in connection with the Braybrook disaster declared that the collision was caused by the culpable negligence of Milburn and Dolman, drivers of the two Bendigo engines, and the stationmaster (Kendall) and found them guilty of manslaughter. The three u were committed for trial.
