Riders in races 1, 3, and 4 to be eligible for gentleman riders' certificates. 3. Riders in races A'os. 4 and (i to be financial members of the Woodlands Hunt Club. 4. A financial member of the Woodlands Hunt Club is a duly elected niemof the said club whose subscription shall have been paid on or before July Bth, 1903. 5. A qualified hunter moans a horse that has hunted at least five times with any recognised pack of hounds during tho present hunting season, and a master's certificate to that effect must bo produced at the scales.
