WAIRARAPA HUNT CLUB.

A "meet" of'the Wairarapa Hunt Club was held at Blairlogie on Saturday, writes our Ti Nui correspondent. The weather was perfect, and the attendance was large. Nineteen ■huntsmen followed the hounds. The cover chosen was over rolling country, with numerous creeks running ■ through it. The jumps were considered to be the best erected in tha 'district. Mr R. . Morrison was heartily congratulated for his pains in erecting ruch jumps. There were a.veral "spills" during the run. Mr Ronaldson was rendered unconscious for a time through his mount falling on him. Mr E. Williams also received a bad fall. Mis.s Morrison kindly provided afternoon tea, for •which she was heartily cheered. The following took part in the run:—Messrs H. Welch (huntsman), on Mistake; W. H.
