NEW UNIVERSITY AT LEEDS.
KING AND QUEEN.
Received July 8, 11.18 p.m. LONDON. July 8. Their Majesties King Edward and Queen Alexandra opened the new University Buildings at Leeds. Eighty thousand school children witnesed the ceremony. King Edward, in the course of an address, said that he rejoiced that the facilities provided for the study of scientific agriculture subjects and commercial utility had so greatly increased.
