A TRAGEDY IN RUSSIA.
. ~+ ■ NOBLEMAN KILLED IN A DUEL. Received July 7, 9 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, July 7. Count Mautenrel, of the Russian Horseguards, in a duel at St. Petersburg, killed Count Nicholas Sumarkoff, father of Prince Xusupoff, repputed to be the wealthiest Russian. The encounter arose over the Countess' Mauntenfel's relatiims with Sumarkoff. The same two fought in Berlin in May.
