SOLDIERS POISONED AT TONKING.
TANGIER, July 3. Several native non-commissioned officers at Hanoi were court-martiall-ed on a charge of inciting Tonginese to rise against the French. Since the prisoners were arrested 200 European soldiers at Hanoi showed symp toms of poisoning, but recovered under prompt treatment.
