ALLEGED BREACH OF CONTRACT.
HY TKLEU ! RAPH —PBESS ASSOCIATION. CHRISTCHURCH, July 5. It is understood that Messrs Smithson and Raymond, solicitors, acting under instructions from Mr Hugo Goritz, musical' agent, of Timaru, have issued a writ claiming £3,000 damages from Kubelik, the famous violinist for alleged breach of contract to undertake a concert tour of Australasia in 1906. Proceedings in regard to the matter will be commenced at Wellington on Monday next.
