EARTHQUAKES.
BY TELEGRAPH — PRESS ASSOCIATION. ELTHAM, July 2. A prolonged earth tremor was felt a few minutes before 9 o'clock last night. NELSON, July 2. A sharp earthquake was felt here last night at 8.'17, and a lighter shock at S.srs. The former rattled crockery and window glass, but did not do any damage.
