Received July 1, 9 a.m. LONDON, June3\ At the instance of Mr Deakin, Federal Prime Minister, Mr Br?nnan, the inventor, has forwarded official descriptions of his mono-rail way, and asked the Commonwealth's assistance towards the expense of development* He has offered it to the Commonwealth on the same terms as offered to the Indian Government, or he will be willing to leave the question of final remuneration to the Commonwealth Parliament
