HOCKEY.
The following is the Carterton A team to play Knox, on the Showgrounds, at Carterton, on Thursday: —Reid, Bunny, Pulsford, Fisher, Stevens, Eagle, Sievers, Peier?en, Morgan, J. and A. Fisher. The following will represent Knox Club: — Loader, White, Gray, Lomas, Ibbetson, Dixon, Harris, Hornblow, Boyd, Archer, and Morris. Emergency— Church. The drag will leave the Masterton Post Office at 1.45 p.m. Carterton B team will play W.F.C.A. 8., on the High School grounds, at Carterton, on Thursday. The following is the Carterton B team:— Simmonds, Major, Dudson (2), Henshaw,"H. Fairbrother, E. Ellis, Wallis, Hewson, Reid and W. Mansfield.
The following team Will represent the Paka Koura Club in the match at Masterton on Thursday next, against the Huias:—Misses C. Easthope, I. Fuge, I. Sheen, I. Tait, I. Rowe, R. Waller, L. Hodder, E. Davis, E. Davidson, E.Burt and Skipage (captain). The match against the Masterton High School will be played on Saturday week.
