The game was about the be3t played here this season, both teams playing determinedly to win. The second half started Hukanui shortly scoring through Pahiatua mulling the slippery ball. The Eketahuna Juniors were defeated by Mangatainoka Juniors, at .Mangatainoka, by 3 points to nil. Hamua Juniors defeated Scar- i ■borough by 6 points to nil.
