NAPIER, June 27,
At the Supreme Court, in a civil suit George Edwards versus George Priest, a claim for specific performance of a contract to sell a section. Mr Justice Cooper held there was absolutely no evidence of authority on the part of the agent, and though the case was a great hardship he must nonsuit the plaintiff with costs.
