TROUBLE WITH AN UNEMPLOYED DEPUTATION.

The visit of an unempl ).ved deputation led to stormy scenes at the Premier's office.
Sir Thomas Bent objected to two members of the deputation, and after a heated talk comptlled their retirement.
Then a member of Parliament who introduced the deputation got at loggerheads with one of his proteges, the exchange of compliments resulting in the Parliamentarian chasing the deputationist out of the room.
