DEATH ROLL AT TEHERAN. HARMONY RESTORED. TEHERAN, June 27. The Shah's aunt committed sucide after witnessing the destruction of her palace. It is reported that the total death roll in Teheran was about two hundred. Harmony was restored after reformers had been hanged. BRITISH LEGATION SURROUNDED. Receive! June 28, 4.35 p.m. TEHERAN, June 27. The Shah promised to convene a new Parliament in three months. Cossacks surrounded the British Legation here, because the member of Parliament for Tabriz had taken refuge there. The Legation protested against the insult and demanded the removal of the Cossacks. Received June 28, 4.35 p.m. NEW YORK. June 27. The "New York Herald" asserts that Brazil is ordering in England thirty warships, including three Dreadnoughts, which are really intended for Japan. The Brazilian representative in Washington denies that the ships are intended for Japan.
