TRAMWAY DISPUTE.

CHRISTCHURCH, June 26

The Arbitration Court gave judgment to-day adverse to the tramway men in their contention that ticket inspectors should be appointed from the ranks of conductors and motormen and others, and not from outsiders. The Board's eontetion was that inspectors were on the revenue staff and outside ttie clauses of the agreement, which contention the Court upheld.
