A DENIAL. Received June 27, 12.15 a.m. LONDON, June 2G. Lord Loreburn denies that he intends to resign. A cablegram from London yesterday stated that "The Times" said that it was rumoured in the lobby of the House of Gammons that Lord Loreburn (Lord High Chancellor) would resign, and that Mr Haldane (Secretary for War) would succeed to the Chancellorship, Mr Winston Churchill (President of the Board of Trade) becoming Secretary for War.
