WESTPORT MURDER TRIAL.
NELSON, June 25,
At the Supreme Court, this afternoon, the trial of Olaf Halinen and Anders Anderson, on a charge of murdering John Bourke, at Westport, on May Bth, was continued.
' The evidence of Constables Keenan and Battar was taken, being as to the statements made by Connelly tthe Crown's principal witness) and the. arr.st of the prisoners. Constable Battar was stilt in th2 box when the Court adjourned. Over twenty witnesses have yet to be examine:!, and the trial is not likely to do finished this week.
