PERSIAN FRONTIER TROUBLE
"ON A PRACTICE CRUISE."

Advices received from Sebastopol declare that the Black Sea fleet has Sidled on a practice crui?e and not to make a naval demonstration against the Porte.
A cablegram from London, yesterday morning, stated that Runaiii, supported by Great UriUiin, had called th° attention of the Porto t) the depredations commuted by Kinds in the Urumia district, province of Azerbaijan, Persia; and alio to tlie annexation of portions of Persian territory. Rusaia urged the Porte to recall the Turkish military force, which has been operating in Persia, and to prevent further violation of Persian territory. It was further stated that a Russian naval squadron, under Admiral Zivinski, with a torpedo flotilla, had left Sebastopol on Tuesday for Turkish waters.
