CAPE FORAGE PROHIBITED.
Received June 23, 10.15 p.m. CAPETOWN, June 23. A strong feeling has been aroused at Capetown owing to Australia's prohibition of Cape forage, and retaliation is suggested. Both parties in the Assembly have protested vigorously, and the Minister of Agriculture has promised to communicate with the Commonwealth on the matter.
