FREE UNIONISTS IN GERMANY.

Received June 23, 10.15 p.m. BERLIN, June 23. Carl Legien, a Socialist member of the Reichstag, addressing the German Trades Unions' Congress, at Hamburg, claimed that the free unionists now totalled nearly two million members, constituting the largest and most united organisation in the world, despite the continual opposition of the ruling classes and the Government.
