A WATCHMAN ARRESTED. R.eceived June 22, 10.53 p.m. BERLIN, June 22. There have been one hundred mysterious arson cases in Berlin during the last six months. The police arrested, last night, a watchman, who usually gave the alarm, on suspicion of having caused the fires for the sake of the trifling reward given to the person discovering the fire and giving the alarm.
