"MOST PEACEFUL." Received, June 22, 10.35 p.m BERLIN, June 22. In order to allay the uneasiness caused by the recent meeting of King Edward and the Czar at Reval, the newspaper "Neu Freie Presse" interrogated a number of prominent persons in Britain, France and Kussia upon the prospects of peace. A great majority, including Lord Cursor., replied that the international outlook wu.s must peaceful. M. Khotiakoff, President of the DuniH, replied that war would be suicidal for Russia. Therefore the fears in connection with the rapprochement between Britain and Russia were groundless.
