M'ULAI HAFID PROCLAIMED SULTAN. Received June 19, 9.35 p.m. MOROCCO, June 19. Mulai Hafid has been proclaimed Sultan at Tetuan.
Tetuan is a port of Morocco four miles from the sea, and 22 south of Ceuta. The population is 22,000, one-third of whom are Jews.
