PROPOSED AMENDMENTS OF RULES. BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. DUNEDJN, June 18. The Mew Zealand Bowling Association approved of the rules as proposed by the Sydney Conference at Easter, with the exception of that referring to bowls being driven bsyond the boundaries of rinks. It was pointed out that the new rules only applied to inter-State and intercolonial matches.
